REFUND & RETURN POLICY – GOATISYOU

At Goatisyou, every product is custom-made just for you. We stand behind our quality, but if something isn’t right, we are here to help.

1. Order Amendments & Cancellations (The 12-Hour Rule)

Because our production starts almost immediately, you have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to request any changes.

  • Within 12 Hours: We can modify your size, color, or shipping address for free.

  • After 12 Hours: Your order is already in production and cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Disclaimer: Buyers assume all risks for choosing the wrong style or size. Please double-check our size guides before checking out.

2. Replacement & Quality Guarantee

Every item goes through quality control before leaving our studio. However, if you receive a product with any of the following issues, please email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of:

  • Blurry or off-center prints.

  • Items damaged during transit (torn, stained, etc.).

  • Wrong item, size, or color compared to your original order.

Our Solution: We will send you a replacement item free of charge. In most cases, you won’t even need to return the faulty item.

3. Refund Policy

If a replacement is not preferred and a refund is requested:

  • Full Refunds: Issued for duplicate orders or items not received within 30 days (excluding delays caused by incorrect addresses).

  • Standard Refunds: Processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Timeline: Once approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

4. How to Return an Item

If our support team requests a return:

  1. Window: Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Lost or Undeliverable Orders

  • Lost in Transit: If tracking confirms your order is lost, we will ship a replacement at our expense.

  • Incorrect Address: Goatisyou is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping info.
